Our flights to Cuba depart from either Miami International airport or New York’s JFK. (Other authorized airports in the US have been added). All legally licensed flights to Cuba from US ports are on American operated chartered planes. Schedules may vary with time and will be reconfirmed 1-2 months prior to departure. Some charter companies may require additional payment for luggage at the airport. In order to comply with Homeland Security and Cuba visa requirements, each traveler must fill out a full set of application form when making a reservation with name, date of birth, gender and mother’s maiden name. Your airline ticket and visa must match the name on your valid passport to be shown at the airport. Please note that a departure tax of 25 Cuban Pesos (CUC), approximately 30 USD, must be paid in cash prior to boarding your return flight to the U.S. If you are returning from Cuba, you will need to allow 3 hours between arrival in Miami and departure for your homeward flight in order to clear immigration and customs. Further screening may be required and other unpredictable delays may affect your flight to your final destination. |
